In this short post we want to provide you some early guideance for planning your stay.
We will use a very similar layout as before for the 2019 conference.

Set-Up Day 0: Sunday, 10 April

• 09:00 Set-Up only: restricted access for sponsors, volunteers and organisers only
• 15:00 Early registration / badge pick-up at the venue for all attendees.

Conference Day 1: Monday, 11 April

• 09:00 Doors open, registration / badge pick-up
• 10:30 👋 Opening session
• 11:00 Keynote
• 12:00 Lunch
• 16:30 Lightnig Talks
• 18:30 end

Conference Day 2: Tuesday, 12 April

• 08:30 Doors open
• 09:00 Keynote
• 13:00 Lunch
• 17:00 Lightnig Talks

• 18:30 end

• 20:00 Social Event - registration required

Conference Day 3: Wednesday, 13 April

Getting to the Venue

Getting to Berlin

Train

All train stations are well-connected to the public transport.

Plane

Berlin Airport is also connected to the public transport. You should know that there are staff shortages at the airport from time to time and the recommendation is to be at the airport two hours before departure 😔.
