As open source maintainers we struggle to have a great documentation because of time and skills but great documentation and community support are keys for project success.

In this talk I will go how to think about documentation from a user or a contributor perspective We will go over topics like - How do you organize your docs? What sections do you need? How much detail should you add? What baseline knowledge can you assume your audience has?
